I’m Diana Ketchaver, founder of DGK Fitness, passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with movement. As an ACE certified personal trainer, ISSA certified Nutrition Coach, and RYT200, I bring years of experience in yoga, weightlifting, running, calisthenics, and nutrition to create programs that meet you where you are—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. My approach blends science-backed training with an encouraging, no-intimidation atmosphere, so you can push limits, avoid burnout, and feel strong in everyday life.
